Hong Kong Rochester Semiconductor Co., Ltd.Provides door-to-door pick-up service for Hong Kong delivery and domestic delivery.

1. Self-pickup in Hong Kong

After receiving the arrival notification text message, the user needs to bring the delivery authorization letter stamped with the contract to pick up the goods.

Pick-up address: Please contact online customer service for the Hong Kong delivery and pick-up address.

Pick-up time: Monday to Saturday: 10:00~18:00 (lunch break: 13:30~14:30)

2. Domestic pickup

1) After receiving the arrival notification text message, the user needs to bring the sales order contract with the official/contract seal to the following address to pick up the goods.

2) If the self-pickup goods exceed the size of 60cm*40cm*10cm, it will be sent by SF Express by default. To view the logistics information, please go to the [Member Center].

express delivery

Before 17:30 from Monday to Friday, FedEx express is used by default for logistics in Beijing, Shanghai, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang. SF Express is used for other time periods and special circumstances.
